RETURNS

Purchased items may be returned within 30 days of shipped date. Purchases post 30 days are not subject to return or refund.

Please contact us at Returns@bcaag.shop and follow the steps to get a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which the product was shipped and in the original packaging.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (Other Items than APPAREL)

Product Issue

If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size or bad graphic please send a written description of the error and a picture for quality control purposes, we will offer a refund or replacement..

US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 45 days after the shipped date to return the product. 

REFUND PROCESS (if applicable):

  1. We will need an accurate photo, written description and date of purchase of the damaged or defective product for your claim. All inquiries for returns should be sent to to Returns@bcaag.shop
  2. Any alterations from the original shipped products will not be honored for refund or replacement.
  3. Products are to be returned to:

  1. Please Contact us at returns@bcaag.shop to let us know that you have sent the package and provide us the tracking number.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for refund .

Refuse Package
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

– If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing, you must report the lost package to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments).

Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.

If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.

– We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

 

 

T-SHIRT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (if applicable)

 

SIZING EXCHANGE

If it is a sizing issue we will offer one time free size replacement one size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please confirm with your financial institution or credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to post.

FREE, Marked Down or Sale ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately free, marked down or sale items cannot be returned or refunded. If defective or damaged, we will replace the item.

 

SALE ITEMS EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@bcaag.shop

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser with notification of the return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Book with obvious signs of use
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer is our partner we work with and not responsible for returns.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
